It's like adding larger injectors... you have to correct for the change in fuel delivery but you don't automatically gain power... you now have the potential to tune for more power. The biggest difference is after 5250 RPM... the car can make power in the upper RPM range without being choked off. Bigger set of turbos would open right up.
